The bundle costs £35 and includes a large collection of sensory items worth £65 RRP. The kit is yours to keep and is used both during class and at home between sessions.
Your Sensory Academy Bundle includes:
Noise making instruments
A variety of textured sensory materials
A mini parachute

A giant air ball
A magic foil blanket
Additional carefully selected sensory resources
Each term, you will also receive free top ups for your kit. This means you continue to gain new ideas, tools and experiences to support your baby’s development at home.
Having your own individual kit also supports hygiene in our baby classes, as your baby uses their own clean equipment rather than sharing items.
You can purchase your Sensory Academy Bundle via the Bookings page under Sensory Academy.
It is completely normal for babies to cry during a Baby Cloud baby class, and you never need to leave the room if this happens.
Babies cry, become restless and need comfort. That is part of normal baby development. Our classes are designed with real life in mind, not perfection.
Many babies take around three to four weeks to feel fully settled in a new environment. Familiarity, routine, teething, growth spurts or disrupted sleep can all affect your baby’s mood from week to week.
If your baby becomes unsettled, you are always welcome to feed, cuddle, rock or move around at any point during the session. Just as importantly, you do not need to move away because your baby is crying. Every parent in the room understands, including your class leader.
The Baby Cloud classes are calm, understanding spaces where both babies and parents are supported exactly as they are.We are here for you both, not for perfection.
Absolutely, at any time.
You are very welcome to feed your baby whenever they need it, whether that is breast or bottle feeding. You can do this comfortably on the mats within the class space.
If you prefer a little more privacy, we do have a small seating area away from the main class. You may wish to sanitise the chair before using it.
For nappy changes, we recommend bringing your own changing mat and wipes and keeping them with you during the session. This means you do not need to move around the space unnecessarily and can respond to your baby quickly and calmly.
If you do need to step out of the room for any reason, we will always show you how to do that easily.
For older babies, we kindly ask that food is not offered during the class in order to maintain hygiene standards for everyone.
You never need to feel awkward about meeting your baby’s needs. This is a space designed around real life with a baby.
If you arrive early to a Baby Cloud baby class, you are welcome to wait in the reception area or designated seating spaces until we begin welcoming families into the room, usually around 10 minutes before the session starts.
Our outdoor waiting areas may be shaded but are open to the elements, so it is always worth bringing a brolly just in case.
At the end of the class, we kindly ask families to clear the class space promptly so we can pack down safely and prepare for the next group. Whilst we are not currently able to offer a dedicated social space after sessions, many parents continue their morning together at the café or park nearby.
Keeping to timings helps us maintain a smooth, safe experience for every Baby Cloud baby class throughout the day.
We hope you will find lots of photo opportunities to capture the magic in our classes, so feel free to take pictures of your own baby.
Please be mindful that other parents may prefer their baby is not photographed, as part of our terms and conditions, it is expected that you respect their wishes.
Baby Cloud baby classes follow strict hygiene procedures, with mats and equipment cleaned between every session.
All mats where babies lie are thoroughly antibac sprayed and cleaned between groups. Any additional props used during the class are also cleaned regularly to maintain high hygiene standards.
Each family also has their own individual Sensory Academy Bundle. This means your baby is using their own clean sensory items in class, rather than sharing objects with others.
During activities such as parachute play or floor light sessions, we use large fabric texture squares. These not only support sensory exploration but also provide a personal surface for your baby when entering shared areas of the class.
We understand that parents want baby classes to feel safe, calm and thoughtfully managed. Cleanliness and careful preparation are part of how we protect that environment every single week.
Baby Cloud baby classes have carefully controlled numbers to ensure a calm, safe and high quality experience for every family.
For this reason, we are not always able to accommodate additional guests such as family members or friends.
If you would like someone to attend with you, please contact your class leader in advance to check whether space allows. We will always do our best where capacity permits.
Limiting numbers helps us protect the atmosphere and safety standards that make Baby Cloud baby classes feel special and supportive.
Siblings cannot attend Baby Cloud baby classes due to insurance requirements and to protect the safety of the babies in the room.
Our classes are designed as special one to one time for you and your baby. Limiting attendance helps us maintain a calm, focused environment and ensures we meet our insurance and safety standards at all times.
We completely understand that arranging childcare for older siblings can sometimes feel challenging. However, keeping Baby Cloud baby classes dedicated to babies allows us to protect the atmosphere, safety and quality of experience that parents value.
If you are unsure whether a class will work for your family circumstances, please contact your class leader and we will always guide you as best we can.
For your first Baby Cloud baby class, you do not need to bring anything specific. We will have everything prepared for you so you can settle in and enjoy the session.
From your second week onwards, please bring your New Baby Massage kit or Sensory Academy Bundle to each class. Your personalised welcome email will include any additional venue specific details.
You should also bring the usual essentials you would normally carry in your changing bag. We keep spare wipes and hand sanitiser available if needed.
At some venues, space in reception areas is limited. We kindly ask that you only bring a buggy or car seat if absolutely necessary. This ensures exits remain clear at all times for safety.
Lockers are available for your belongings during the session. We also ask that adults remove shoes before entering the class space and wear socks to help us maintain a clean environment for the babies.
If you are ever unsure what to bring to your Baby Cloud baby class, your class leader will always be happy to guide you.
When your baby outgrows their current Baby Cloud class, we always make sure they move into the class that best supports their next stage of development.
If you have joined us in our New Baby Class, we recommend booking straight onto the 2 to 7 month Sensory Academy class for your next term.
If your baby is in the younger Sensory Academy class and is starting to sit unaided, and will be over 6 months at the start of the next term, we recommend graduating into our 6 to 13 month class. Activities there are carefully tailored to suit your baby’s developing abilities and growing confidence.
At the end of each term, you will receive a priority booking link by email. This allows you to secure your space before classes are opened to the general public. You can use this link to book onto any suitable Baby Cloud class.
We strongly recommend using your priority booking window, as classes often fill quickly and waiting lists can be long. The only way to guarantee your space is to book during that period.
When your baby outgrows The Baby Cloud classes, they graduate onto The Toddler Cloud, where sessions currently run on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in Gravesend, and hopefully further afield on more days very soon.
Watching our little ones grow and move through the stages is one of the most special parts of the journey.
Yes, you can book a Baby Cloud baby class with friends, and we offer a group discount when three or more families join together for their first term.
If a minimum of three parents and babies book onto the same session for their first term, each family will receive 20 percent off that term. For future terms, a 10 percent discount applies as long as at least three families continue booking together.
Before booking, we recommend messaging your class leader to check there is enough space available in your chosen session for your group.
To qualify for the group discount:
All families must book within 24 hours of one another
A minimum of three parents and babies must be booked onto the same session
Group bookings must be made from the first term and cannot be formed retrospectively
When rebooking for future terms, we ask that group bookings are completed within the first 24 hours of priority booking opening to ensure everyone’s space can be secured.
If you are planning to attend Baby Cloud baby classes as a group, please contact us first and we will happily guide you through the process.
Baby Cloud baby classes are designed to support babies from the newborn stage through to around 13 months, with classes tailored to each stage of development.
We offer different classes depending on your baby’s age and developmental milestones:
New Baby classes for very young babies
Sensory Academy classes for babies aged 2 to 7 months
Sensory Academy classes for babies aged 6 to 13 months
If your baby is starting to sit unaided and will be over 6 months at the beginning of the next term, we usually recommend moving into our older Sensory Academy class, where activities are adapted to support growing mobility, curiosity and confidence.
Each Baby Cloud class is carefully structured around baby development, bonding and parent wellbeing, so you and your baby are always in the most suitable environment for your stage.
If you are unsure which baby class is right for your child, please contact your class leader and we will happily guide you.
Baby Cloud baby classes run in termly blocks to allow consistency and familiarity - loved by parents and our babies!
Regular attendance helps your baby feel settled and allows you to build confidence and connection with the group.
Should there be a space in our Sensory Academy classes mid term available, you can absolutely book this and will be welcomed with open arms! In our New Baby Classes, there are specific weeks we recommend joining us so drop your local class a line to check when might be best for you to start.
If you are unsure about committing to a full term, please contact your class leader to discuss current availability or whether a taster option is available.
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable and occasionally you may miss a session.
Whilst missed classes are not refundable, many of the activities and ideas shared in Baby Cloud baby classes can be continued at home using your sensory kit. Your class leader may also be able to guide you on what was covered during that session.
It is never guaranteed but if we have a space in an alternative class we may be able to offer a class swap within that week. To REQUEST a class swap please contact your local franchise.
